All three plans (Foundation, Growth, Complete) include HIPAA-aware infrastructure: SSL/HTTPS, encrypted hosting, access controls, and a signed Business Associate Agreement. HIPAA compliance also depends on how your practice uses the platform. The platform never stores or processes patient health records. Contact forms on your site collect only name, phone, email, and message — no medical information. For scheduling and payment add-ons, we use third-party tools with their own BAAs. Foundation is HIPAA-eligible at the solo-practitioner starter tier with 1 HIPAA-eligible mailbox under BAA.

Most sites go live within 3 to 5 business days of completing your Practice Profile. The speed depends on how quickly you fill out your profile — provider bios, photos, logo, and service descriptions are all your platform needs. It handles the build, SEO configuration, and launch automatically. Complete plan subscribers with advanced features may take up to 7 business days for full configuration.

Yes — that's the whole point. Browse all six specialty-designed templates at clinicalmediahub.com/templates and see exactly what your site will look like before you commit to anything. Each template page shows a full preview and links directly to our pricing plans.

No setup fee on any plan. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial — to start. During your trial you have full access to your platform, your Practice Profile, and your approval dashboard. Content creation begins immediately; nothing is published until your trial converts to a paid subscription and you approve it. After your trial, plans are available as an annual subscription (lowest monthly rate) or month-to-month at a 20% premium.

All plans run on an annual subscription. You can cancel after your first year with 30 days' written notice. Month-to-month plans are available at a 20% premium: Foundation $199/mo · Growth $359/mo · Complete $529/mo. No setup fee on any billing cycle.

Yes. All content you provide — your text, photos, logos, and brand assets — belongs to you. Blog articles and social media posts created by the platform on your behalf are also yours once published. If you cancel your subscription, we will provide an export of your website content within 30 days of your cancellation date.

Your platform creates specialty-specific posts for your Facebook and Instagram accounts on a regular schedule. When content is ready, you receive an email notification. You log into your dashboard and review a preview of each post — exactly as it will appear on social media. You can approve it, edit the text or image, or reject it entirely. Nothing is ever published without your explicit approval. Your sign-off is required on every post, every time.

Foundation includes 1 platform-created SEO blog per month (preview-only). Growth and Complete subscribers receive auto-publishing SEO-optimized blog articles targeted to your specialty and location — 1 per month on Growth, 4 per month on Complete, 800 to 1,200 words, keyword-optimized to build long-term organic search traffic for your practice. Articles are platform-created using specialty-specific guidelines and the details from your Practice Profile, then sent to your dashboard for review. You can approve the article as-is, edit it directly, or reject it. While our proprietary algorithms are designed for accuracy, all platform-created content is for informational and marketing purposes only — not for clinical use. You are responsible for reviewing every article for clinical appropriateness before approving it. We never publish without your approval.

Every plan includes setup guidance during onboarding, and we integrate your Google reviews feed into your website so live ratings display on your site. You manage your GBP directly through Google's tools and retain full ownership of your listing at all times.

Your website and subscriber account run on a dedicated AWS server instance — isolated from every other practice on the platform. No other subscriber shares your infrastructure. Only you and authorized CMH platform administrators have access to your account. We do not share your practice data with third parties except as required to deliver the services in your subscription and Business Associate Agreement. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. A Business Associate Agreement is signed with every subscriber before onboarding.
