ALL CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND MARKETING PURPOSES ONLY. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, CLINICAL GUIDANCE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT RECOMMENDATION UNDER ANY APPLICABLE STATE MEDICAL PRACTICE ACT. 3. Subscriber Review and Approval Responsibility
The subscribing healthcare practice is solely responsible for reviewing all platform-created content prior to approval and publication. By approving and publishing content through the platform dashboard, the authorized representative of the subscribing practice confirms that they have reviewed it and accept responsibility for its clinical accuracy and appropriateness. Clinical Media Hub LLC is not responsible for the clinical accuracy of any content approved and published by the subscribing practice.
4. Patient Testimonials and Endorsements
All patient testimonials and practice endorsements displayed on subscriber websites are entered manually by authorized representatives of the subscribing practice. Clinical Media Hub does not create, suggest, or pre-populate endorsements or testimonials of any kind. The subscribing practice is solely responsible for the accuracy of all testimonials and for compliance with applicable FTC endorsement guidelines and state medical board advertising rules.
5. Per-Page Content Notice
Each subscriber website published through the platform displays the following notice:
“Content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a licensed provider at this practice for any medical questions.”
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLINICAL MEDIA HUB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE CLINICAL ACCURACY OF PLATFORM-CREATED CONTENT, OR FROM A SUBSCRIBER’S APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION OF CONTENT WITHOUT ADEQUATE CLINICAL REVIEW. BY APPROVING CONTENT THROUGH THE PLATFORM, SUBSCRIBER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY CLINICAL MEDIA HUB LLC AGAINST ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THAT APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION.
